I wonder what Rae would have thought about this collection of love songs I wrote to her following her untimely passing. Would she be flattered or embarrassed? Are the songs too soppy; too personal?
In the end one thing is clear to me: it would have been better to have written the songs and shared them with her while she was still alive. Lesson learned - won’t make that mistake again…
And what of Rae, that incredible spirit, that amazing soul? Among other things I believe that;
She sparkles like the stars
On the canvas of night
Across these great plains….
rae, she… - tracks
rae, she… prelude
rae, she…
great plains
somewhere along the way
